At dots Software, we have been developing practical software solutions for print businesses for over 25 years. Based in Berlin and part of the Konica Minolta group, we combine quality and innovation with a strong focus on usability.
Our software, AccurioPro Flux, is used worldwide in production print environments, from commercial print businesses to the print rooms of universities, hospitals and public administrations. Many of our customers have been with us for decades, something we take as a sign that we’re doing things right.

This close connection gives us the backing of a global technology leader—providing long-term stability, worldwide reach, and deep industry insight. At the same time, we operate independently as a focused software team, with the freedom to innovate and iterate quickly.
With this strong foundation, we develop powerful software solutions that expand Konica Minolta’s digital printing portfolio. dots software products are developed almost entirely in-house in our spacious, light-filled office in Berlin-Kreuzberg, right on the banks of the Spree. It's a place where teams collaborate across disciplines, ideas flow easily, and it's simply a great space to work in.
We develop our software right here: from planning and concept development through implementation and QA to support and marketing. This setup allows for short feedback loops, fast decisions, and strong connections between people and ideas.
The result: well-integrated, user-focused solutions that evolve quickly and reliably and are used by thousands of customers around the world.

Our story
dots Software was founded in 1997 in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district with the goal of creating smart, practical software for digital printing. Early on, we pioneered intranet print submission (JT Man) and developed one of the first web-to-print solutions (JT Web), helping print rooms digitize and streamline their processes.
In 2005, we joined the Konica Minolta group, and became a fully-owned subsidiary in 2008. This partnership gave us the reach and stability to grow our team, expand internationally, and focus on long-term development.
Over the years, we’ve introduced tools for complex print jobs, developed dedicated solutions for label production, and continuously refined what would become our number one product: AccurioPro Flux. Today, our software supports thousands of users worldwide, and it's all built right here in Berlin by a team that’s still growing, evolving, and improving with every release.
